  𝗞𝗶𝘀𝗶 𝗸𝗮 𝗾𝗮𝗿𝘇 𝗮𝗱𝗮 𝗸𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝘆𝗮 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘆 𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗸𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗔𝗳𝘇𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗻 RASULULLAH ﷺ se sawaal kiya gaya ke kaunsa amal afzal hai? Aap ﷺ ne farmaya tum apne momeen bhai ko khushi pahunchao ya uska qarz ada karo ya usey khana khilao. RASULULLAH ﷺ was asked which is the best deed ? He replied deliver happiness to your Believer Muslim or to recompense his debt, or to feed him food 𝗔𝗹-𝗦𝗶𝗹𝘀𝗶𝗹𝗮-𝘁𝘂𝘀-𝗦𝗮𝗵𝗶𝗵𝗮 - 𝟯𝟲𝟱𝟭

Jab Tum Kisi Se len den karo Ya  Zameen Do To


Aye logo jo imaan laye ho, jab kisi muqarrar muddat ke liye tum aapas mein len-den karo, to usay likh liya karo. Dono fariko ke  darmiyan insaaf ke sath 1 shakhs dastawez tehreer kare. jisay ALLAH ne likhne padhne ki qabliyat bakhshi ho, use likhne se inkar na karna chahiye. woh likhe aur bolkar woh shakhs likhwaye ( yaani qarz lene wala ), aur usay ALLAH , –apne rab se darna chahiye ke jo mamla te sun-huwa ho is mein koi kami Beshi nah kare. lekin agar qarz lene wala khud nadan ya zaeef ho, ya bolkar na likha  sakta ho, to is ka walii insaaf ke sath imla (bolkar likhwaye) . phir –apne mardon mein  se do admio ki is par gawahi kara lo. aur agar do mard nah ho to 1 mard aur do aurte ho taake ek bhool jaye, to doosri use yaad dilaye. yeh gawah ese logon mein se hone chahiye, jin ki gawahi tumahray darmiyan maqbool ho.  gawahoon ko jab gawah banne ke liye kaha jaye, to unhe inkar nah karna chahiye. mamla khuwa chota ho ya badha, muddat tey ke sath is ki dastawez likhwa lene mein der nah karo. ALLAH ke nazdeek yeh tareeqa Tumahe liye zyada  insaf wala hai, is se shahadat qaim hone mein ziyada sahoolat hoti hai. aur tumahre shak aur shube me mubtala hone ka imkaan kam reh jata hai. haan jo tijarti lain deen dast badast tum log aapas mein karte ho, is ko nah likha jaye to koi harj nahi , magar tijarti muamlay tay karte waqt gawah kar liya karo. katib aur gawah ko sataya nah jaye . aisa karo ge, to gunah ka irtikaab karo ge. ALLAH ke gazabb se bachcho. woh tum ko sahih triqِa amal ki taleem deta hai aur usay har cheez ka ilm hai .


 O you who have believed, when you contract a debt for a specified term, write it down. And let a scribe write [it] between you in justice. Let no scribe refuse to write as Allah has taught him. So let him write and let the one who has the obligation dictate. And let him fear Allah , his Lord, and not leave anything out of it. But if the one who has the obligation is of limited understanding or weak or unable to dictate himself, then let his guardian dictate in justice. And bring to witness two witnesses from among your men. And if there are not two men [available], then a man and two women from those whom you accept as witnesses - so that if one of the women errs, then the other can remind her. And let not the witnesses refuse when they are called upon. And do not be [too] weary to write it, whether it is small or large, for its [specified] term. That is more just in the sight of Allah and stronger as evidence and more likely to prevent doubt between you, except when it is an immediate transaction which you conduct among yourselves. For [then] there is no blame upon you if you do not write it. And take witnesses when you conclude a contract. Let no scribe be harmed or any witness. For if you do so, indeed, it is [grave] disobedience in you. And fear Allah . And Allah teaches you. And ALLAH is Knowing of all things.
